Stretch Zone

I've been getting stretched since June 2023. Where I started versus where I am is a vast improvement. I have a really tight hip complex due to back and knee injuries. Six months ago, I could not sit crisscross applesauce. I'm not 100% there, but almost. Sitting on a chair, I could only cross my right leg over my left leg. Now I can do both. Your first stretch is free. If it's not for you, you've lost nothing but an hour of your time. If it is, you will find that you have better quality of life. I convinced my mom and sister to give it a try, now they're both getting stretched regularly. Everyone is well trained. I've been stretched by almost everyone, and they all do an excellent job. They listen to the needs of your body and work around your injuries. I highly recommend Stretch Zone. The experience will change your life for the better.

I have been going to the Stretch Zone in Central Park for 9 months now, and it is amazing! I have worked with many of the therapists, but typically Sam. Sam is so skilled at his practice, he just knows what my body needs during our weekly stretches! Kudos to Sam and everyone at Stretch Zone Central Park!

Over the 2 years I have been seeing Sam at Stretch Zone, he has provided me with increased flexibility and relief from pain! Sam is very knowledgeable and has given me ideas for stretches I can do at home as well. I always look forward to my weekly sessions!

I have been seeing Logan for a few months and it has been terrrific. I feel so much more flexible and less prone to injury. I am not disciplined at stretching at home or after workouts so this has been awesome for me to come and have it done for me ha ha.
